At the beginning of the 20th century, he was called "Professor" by many because of his great passion for cocktails; and that's where the name of the bottle comes from.

Del Professore Vermouth Bianco Classico is made from as many as 13 different herbs, including vanilla, cinnamon, wormwood and coriander mixed with clear, neutral alcohol and cane sugar, as well as Muscat wine. This makes the vermouth light. This mixture creates a fresh, sweet and spicy drink that has a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste.
