Prunus Nigra Cherry wine from Cold Hand Winery is also called "The Black Cherry wine".

Prunus Nigra is made from 100% stevensberry. Gooseberries contain twice as much sugar as sweet gooseberries, tons of deep cherry aromas, incredible acidity and plenty of tannins.

Prunus Nigra is barrel-aged for a year in French oak casks, before it is slightly sweetened and filtered before being bottled. Prunus Nigra is a powerful cherry bomb with plenty of tannins.

The cherry wine is the ideal companion for cheese, dessert with cream and, not least, the perfect match for Christmas rice ala mande.
