Paulo Marolo has a small distillery in northern Italy. Here, it is distilled slowly traditionally in two small potstills. - One for blue press residues and one for green press residues. Marolo's grappas are very clear and intense in both aroma and taste, while he is one of those who come closest to a total condensation of the original product. His Grappas are not cheap, conversely they do not cost a manor house either. And why spend your life and your money on unimportant things.

Aroma: Freshly harvested straw, strong dark chocolate with a good fruity sweetness, strawberries and a hint of vanilla.

Taste: A strong moist sweetness is mixed with the chocolate, almonds and sweet nuts. Lightly oily, strong on the palate, sweet on the tongue.

Comment: Made from grapes from the Barolo, Barbaresco and Roero areas - among others from producers such as Monfalletto, Sandrone Luciano, Alfredo Prunotto and Deltetto.
