Produceret på 100% Chardonnay og har dermed en gylden gul farve og ekstra blød og harmonisk smag med behagelige noter af hvide blomster. God, lang og vedholdende eftersmag.
Ruinart Blanc de Blancs er fremstillet af en blanding af 100% Premiere Cru marker fra den bedste af de seneste årgange. Druer kommer fra vinmarker i Sillery og Brimont (barndomshjemmet for Ruinart familien) er forbundet af omhyggeligt udvalgte druer fra andre vinmarker i Côte de Blancs og Montagne de Reims.
Chardonnay er selve sjælen i alle Ruinart Champagner og denne Blanc de Blanc er en af de højest scorende Blanc de Blancs NV champagne hos alle anmeldere.
Ruinart er det ældste Champagne hus der stadig er i drift.
Huset blev startet af Nicolas Ruinart i 1729. Nicolas var nevø af munken Dom Thierry Ruinart der var bedste ven med en vis Dom Perignon.
