This champagne is one of the best "standards" produced in Champagne.
It is made of approx. 30 different still wines and from 3 different grapes.
Pinot Noir provides body, power, depth, character and tannin. Pinot Meunier ensures youthfulness, freshness and rich fruit character. Chardonnay contributes lightness, elegance and finesse.
The wines are never younger than 3 years, and usually wines from 2-4 different vintages are used, typically 6-8 years old. Usually 20 - 30% réserve wines are used, a proportion which is significantly higher than most of the competitors and which contributes significantly to the distinguished and complex style. The wines are stored at 9o in 7 km long cellars, which lie down to 33 m underground. The dosage is 12 grams per litre.

Own car (Greater Copenhagen) is for you who want us to deliver the package with our own driver. Baskets, special boxes with logo equipment require extra careful transport and can therefore only be delivered with our own cars.

You can collect your order 3 hours from placing the order, and if you arrive earlier we will pack it immediately.
