Unlike other coffee liqueurs, Bad Boy is made from cold brew coffee, which gives the taste great sweetness, less bitterness and deep complexity. By using cold brew, the full aromatic potential of the coffee beans is exploited, giving Bad Boy notes of dark chocolate, berries and citrus fruits.
Bad Boy is produced as naturally as possible without cheating or frills. It's about bringing out the flavor in the coffee and not sneaking it in afterwards with extracts, aromas and other cunning tricks.
The content consists of only 3 ingredients; exceptional coffee, sugar and the purest alcohol north of the equator. The recipe is as simple as a well-oiled pop song, and the flavor hits just as wide.
The coffee is uniquely developed in collaboration with Copenhagen Coffee Lab and consists of a combination of beans from Colombia and Brazil. Both countries are known for rich and chocolate-sweet coffee beans. Bad Boy is also made from wheat-based spirits from Trolden Bryghus, which gives the liqueur a less sharp and more rounded taste.
The liqueur rocks evergreens such as white Russians and espresso martinis, but Bad Boy can do much more than that. It is recommended as an avec in a glass with ice, which perfectly accompanies a bold tiramisu or another heavy dessert. Or try their signature drink; a Bad Boy Fizz, consisting of Bad Boy, lemon, vodka and sparkling water. A refreshing cup of coffee for guests who appreciate good weather and an invigorating atmosphere.
