CRUSHED BUT CRISP AND FRESH CHAMPAGNE!

This extra dry champagne from Pol Roger is an exercise in making the house Cuvée in the most natural way, as no dosage (sweetness) is added before the champagne cork is inserted (degorgement). Therefore, this champagne consists exclusively of residual sugar from the first fermentation (below 3g/l). Hence the name Pure.

Unlike Brut and Demi-Sec, which are stored for 36 months before release, Pure is stored for a minimum of 48 months.

The champagne is produced from the basic grapes Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, otherwise equally distributed between the three grapes.

Golden in colour, fresh, crisp, light and elegant and a faint refreshing minerality in the taste.
