It gives great fatness to the taste, which nicely balances the high alcohol percentage. 

Lemon Says Hello meets the senses fresh, like a freshly picked lemon in the Mediterranean wind. The overwhelming lemon flavor is rounded off with notes of aniseed, juniper and galangal root. It prolongs the experience and creates extra depth to the flavor profile. The limoncello has been developed in collaboration with Bar Pasta, who are top enthusiasts of the golden lemon drops.
