Dictador is made by fermenting a mixture of honey and sugarcane molasses.
The substance is then distilled in steel columns and filled into oak casks that are aged according to the solera method.
Finally bottled under the highest quality control.
Warm creamy vanilla and caramel, with notes of burnt honey, toffee, aniseed and freshly roasted coffee beans. It is all packed in a lovely soft oak dish.
The taste reveals soft and sweet caramel and vanilla, cocoa powder and crushed coconut. The aftertaste is full-bodied and oily with a delicate taste of apricot, rum raisin and gentle bourbon sweetness, and with a high and rare texture and extraordinary complexity that characterizes DICTADOR rum.
