Côte Rôtie is a minor French wine appellation located on the steep, impassable slopes of the northern Rhône just south of the city of Lyon.

Some of the most elegant Syrah wines are produced here. This grape is best known for producing powerful red wines, which can almost be too violent. But right here in Côte Rôtie, the wines can achieve an elegance and minerality that make the wines particularly desirable.

The color of this Côte Rôtie is persistent, dark garnet, deep. Complex nose, notes of red fruits, blackcurrants and a hint of vanilla. In m unde round and harmonious and concentrated, remains very elegant with a beautiful finish with a touch of freshness that emphasizes the aromatic notes.
