The smoke over peat and heather from the landscape around Stauning. Double-distilled in small pot stills over an open fire. Aged in 1st Fill wine and spirit casks.

The result is an elegant and refined whisky, which with its gentle smoky taste and complex character exudes the dunes, the heath and the wind by the North Sea.
