Guy and Yvan Dufouleur have been wine producers and merchants from father to son for over 400 years and the house belongs to Nuits St-Goerges on a daily basis, where both the administration, winery and cellars are located. The experience and a constant focus on quality have created Dufoleur's name and reputation within Burgundy wine.
Domaine Guy & Yvan Dufouleur covers 25 ha. vineyards in: Cote de Nuits and Cote de Beaune, Fixin 1´er Cru”Clos du Chapitre”, Nuits St. Georges and 1'er Cru Santenay "Clos Genets" Hautes-Cotes de Nuits.
By combining traditional methods with modern equipment, Dufouleur strives to produce wines that express the unique characteristics of each individual terroir. All AOC wines are aged in French casks. The distribution of dishes ranges from 20 and 50% new depending on the appellation.
