Victoria is Australia's second smallest state but is the state with the most individual wineries (+600). The state is also known for having the greatest climatic diversity, which allows the production of virtually all kinds of wines, from very fine sparkling, high quality Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon with hiding potential to spicy Shiraz.
