Two wineries - one in Rutherford in the heart of Napa Valley and the other Dollarhide which is located in a nice and quiet corner of Napa Valley - are the source of St. Supéry wines and especially Cabernet Sauvignon.

St. Supery Vineyards & Winery is owned by the Skalli family in France. The Robert Skalli family has been making wine for 3 generations in the South of France and while traveling in Napa Valley in the 1970s, Robert was inspired to create a winery in Napa Valley to make unique wines with character.
Dollarhide was formerly a historic cattle and horse ranch nestled among the hills of Napa Valley and in the 1980s the noble Bordeaux grape varieties were planted.

Today, St. Supéry wines by people all over the world in fine restaurants and during domestic celebrations.
The winery is a respected member of Napa Valley Vintners and known to be among the finest wine regions in the world.

This very elegant red Bordeaux blend (76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot as well as Petit Verdot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc) has a complex aroma of blackberry and cassis, with notes of milk chocolate, mocha, light cedar and vanilla notes from 28 months in French dishes.
Very delicious and sophisticated taste of blackberries, black cherries and light ripe blackcurrants, with notes of vanilla and a light and fine tannin structure.
This is an incredibly elegant red wine with great structure and charm.
