Abyss is the result of an experiment that Leclerv had been thinking about for a long time.

2 million years ago, Champagne was covered by the sea and the idea of ​​seeing how champagne is affected by the enormous energy and resonance of the living sea water.

The Abyss is therefore submerged to a depth of 60 metres. A depth where the pressure inside the bottle is equal to the pressure outside, namely 6 bar. There, the champagne has been enjoying itself for 10 months together with sea water, fish and shellfish.

The result is unique for the bottle as the pressure affects the bottles differently, so that no two bottles are alike.

The champagne is incredibly concentrated and complex with lots of freshness and creamy, fruity nuances. Finally, notes of citrus and wild roses, as well as a minerality and a slightly salty touch.
