Chablis is undoubtedly the world's most famous dry white wine. Chablis is always made from the unique Chardonnay grape.

The Chablis fields are divided into 4 categories (Classifications). Starting with the best, the breakdown is:

Domaine de la Meuliere, owned by the Laroche family, is among the best and most serious Chablis producers. All grapes are picked by hand and only the very finest from each field are used for own production. After the grapes are picked, they are driven to the winery. Here they go through a very gentle and careful pressing, so that oxidation is avoided. The must is then separated from the wort, and the must is filled into the barrels.

The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation then takes place at a temperature of 18 degrees. After filtering, the wines are bottled.

The color is slightly straw golden and the wine's charming bouquet offers hints of green apples and some pear and white flowers, the taste is slightly full and very elegant with a delicious mineral finish.

Own car (Greater Copenhagen) is for you who want us to deliver the package with our own driver. Baskets, special boxes with logo equipment require extra careful transport and can therefore only be delivered with our own cars.

You can collect your order 3 hours from placing the order, and if you arrive earlier we will pack it immediately. Remember our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, we are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
