VINEYARD AND VINIFICATION:

Vineyards are located in Albatana (Albacete) at an altitude of 850 meters above sea level.
WEATHER
The climate is of a dry continental type, softened by the Mediterranean, with very hot summers that can reach 39ºC, and cold winters with temperatures down to -10ºC on the coldest days of winter. The average temperature is approximately 15ºC. Precipitation is sparse and is concentrated in spring and autumn.

WINEMAKING
Manual night harvest, grape selection in the vineyard. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromas of the variety.

Aroma: Broad aroma of fine herbs. Very black with notes of apple and pear.
Taste: Acidic, long and leaves a slightly bitter finish that characterizes the variety.
