With over thirty ingredients and an infusion of Riesling wine, Ferdinand's Saar Dry Gin is part of the current wave of innovation in German gins that elevates both cocktails and Gin & Tonics to new heights.

This "golden gin" symbolizes the perfect balance between sweetness, acidity and bitterness.

The vast majority of the thirty ingredients in Ferdinand's gin are secret, but producer Andreas Vallendar reveals that it includes contains lemon thyme, juniper berries, sloe berries, almond husks, rose hips, rose and lavender from fallow vineyards in the nearby Konzer Talchen valley.

The infusion of Riesling wine in the gin itself is a mixture of a semi-dry Riesling wine from the Forstmeister Geltz-Zilliken winery together with the fully distilled gin concentrate. It is precisely this that makes Ferdinand's Saar Gin something very special.
