The flavor notes in this unique Scottish gin include juniper, angelica root, jave pepper, orange peel, licorice, coriander and cassia bark. But the most important ingredient is the seaweed, which is harvested in the North Atlantic from the Outer Hebrides. It is harvested by local divers at the bottom of the sea. The sugar tang is what defines the gin and thus also highlights nuances of coast and sea.
